These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are concluded between the company MAISON MARIN , SASU registered with the RCS of Créteil, hereinafter referred to as " Maison-Marin.com " or "the Seller", and any person wishing to make a purchase via this website, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer" or "the Customer".

By validating his order, the Buyer declares that he accepts without reservation the terms of the order as well as all of these General Terms and Conditions and declares that he has the full legal capacity to enter into a contract with Maison-Marin.com.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the contractual relationship between Maison-Marin.com and the Buyer and apply to all purchases made through the website. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order. They shall prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly agreed to by Maison-Marin.com.

ARTICLE 2. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED

The products offered are tapestries, art jewelry and custom or personalized pieces .

  • Fine Craftsmanship: The products are handcrafted creations. Each piece may be unique or part of a limited series. The Buyer acknowledges that, by their very nature, slight variations in color, size, or texture There may be slight differences between the photographs shown on the website and the delivered product.   • Custom made : Custom-made or personalized parts are subject to a specific ordering process (see Article 5).

ARTICLE 6. PAYMENT

Payment is due upon ordering. Online payments are processed through a secure system (PayPal and Stripe) to ensure that no third party can access the transmitted data.

6.1 Payment for Custom-Made Parts

For custom orders, a deposit A deposit may be required upon ordering, and is non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by the Seller, in order to begin production. The balance will be due before shipment of the finished product.

The products remain the property of Maison-Marin.com until full payment of the price is received.

ARTICLE 7. DELIVERY TIMES AND DELIVERY

  • Custom-made and artisanal delivery times: Production times for art pieces and custom-made items are indicative and specified in the product sheet or quote (for example, "Manufacturing lead time of 6 to 10 weeks" ). The risks of loss or damage to the goods are transferred to the Buyer at the moment when the Buyer (or a third party designated by the Buyer) takes physical possession of the products.

ARTICLE 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Standard Products)

All products supplied by Maison-Marin.com benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 10. LIABILITY

Maison-Marin.com, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the internet (data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, etc.), nor for any event of force majeure.
