The General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTU) define the terms of access to and use of the Site, allowing users to discover our creations (tapestries, art jewelry) and, where applicable, to purchase products. The terms and conditions of sale applicable to orders are detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

3) Access to the Site

The Site is accessible 24/7 except during maintenance periods, in cases of force majeure, or during events beyond the Publisher's control. The Publisher may suspend all or part of the Site without prior notice or compensation.

4) Customer account

Creating an account may be required for certain features. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity carried out through the account is deemed to have been performed by the account holder.

5) Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, photos, drawings, logos, creations, models, databases, structure and software) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Maison-Marin or its partners.

The payment methods offered (card via Stripe, and where applicable split payment Klarna/Alma, PayPal, etc.) and the delivery/return terms are specified there.

11) Security

The user must ensure the security of their environment (hardware, software, up-to-date antivirus). The HTTPS protocol is used to secure data exchanges.

12) Modification of the Terms and Conditions

The Publisher may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of consultation.

13) Applicable Law – Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Site, an amicable solution will be sought first. For disputes relating to an order, the available remedies and consumer mediation are specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent French courts will be seized.
